    Learning Products Manager, 2007 - 2012

    Set a vision and strategy for delivering online help and supporting documentation for four hardware and software product lines in an Agile SDLC. Defined project scopes, estimated time and costs, developed plans, scheduled resources, and supervised relationships with contract writers and localization vendor.


    Technical Writer 2003 - 2007

    Wrote online help, installation guides, and release notes for a content management system (CMS) and spreadsheet control software for regulated environments (FDA 21 CFR Part 11 and Sarbanes-Oxley requirements). Authored SOPs for ISO 9001 compliance and customer audits for GMP (FDA, EMA, and PMDA).
